Private Sessions

Private Well by Nature sessions are geared toward your specific goals, upcoming adventures, and scaled to fit your lifestyle.​

Private sessions are usually held at a DE state park or at your home. Some programs are available online.

Partner Sessions

Mix-up date night with a partner yoga, meditation or fitness session! Connect through movement, partner assists, and guided meditations. Couple sessions are usually at a DE state park or your home, but I also offer wedding day yoga to help couples get centered for their big day :)

Small Group

Do you have workout buddies or social circle looking to get more active? Get together for a group Well by Nature session! Group Well by Nature sessions are a great option for a girls' night or a bachelorette party with a wellness spin :) Small group sessions are usually held at a DE state park or your home.

*Small groups are 3-8 people

Large Group/Teams

Well by Nature movement & mindfulness sessions are a great fit for a variety of sports teams/clubs, offering mobility, functional strength, breath work, and tools to strengthen the mind game to bolster any athletic team's performance.

Corporate teams also enjoy Well by Nature as a way to de-stress, energize their day, and connect with coworkers in a fun, active way.

*Large groups are 9+  people

Custom Women's Retreats are the best way to get exactly the type of vacation you're looking for! You get your girlfriends' schedules aligned, together we pick a location, and I fill your vacay with wellness, yoga, fitness, mindfulness, and fun!
