Evening Unwind-

This is a yoga flow I designed to ease your mind and relax your body as you prepare for sleep. Move and breath slowly and with ease. I recommend holding postures 1-5mins to allow gravity to guide you deeper into the stretch. Enjoy and sleep well yogis :)

5. Anjaneyasana

5. Single Leg Forward Fold

6. Legs Up a Wall

7. Reclined Twist

8. Supta Baddha Konasana
