Super Foods: spirulina, chlorella,Vital Proteins collegen powder, turmeric & black pepper
Greens& Veggies: beets & beet greens, kale, spinach, chard, broccoli, celery, ect.
Fruits: berries, oranges, bananas, apples, etc.
Fats: avocado, nut butter, coconut oil, MCT oil
Liquid: water, coconut water, kefir, raw milk, maple water, hemp milk, coconut milk, bone broth
