Sand Bell HIIT

I had a blast working out on the beach this morning with some sand bell h.i.i.t.! This is definitely something I'll do more often :) Give it a try and have fun with it! 

 

Try it out!

Fill a water/milk jug with sand (more sand and/or wet sand is heavier) to create your handcrafted, 97cent sand bell, which is basically a kettle bell incase you didn't catch the drift ;) 

 

1. Alternating sand bell swing- 30

SPRINT ~100m

2. Single arm squat to overhead press -10per

SPRINT ~100m

3. Sand bell swing- 25

SPRINT ~100m

4. Sand bell sit up w/ twist- 15

SPRINT ~100m

5. Sand bell single arm row- 12 per

SPRINT~ 100m

6. Sand bell single leg deadlift- 8 per

SPRINT ~100m

7. Walking lunge w/ overhead sand bell hold ~50m

SPRINT ~100m

8. Single arm, single leg, balance bicep sand bell curl- 10 per

SPRINT ~100m
