Beach Ball Workout

 

This Beach Ball Workout routine is a total body strengthening and toning session with a stability ball, medicine ball, (and a beach!)

 

Here's the breakdown...

 

Warm Up

- 10 SB Chop

- 10 SB Twist

- 10 SB Overhead Squat

 

Workout

- 15 SB Push Up

- 10 SB Split Squat

- 20 SB Passes

- 15 MB Side Chops

- 15 MB Front Chops

- 20 MB Squat Tosses

- 20 MB Plank Crawls

- 20 SB Reverse Hypers

- 20 SB Sit Ups

- 10 SB Roll Ups

- 20 MB Push Ups

- 20 MB Sit Ups

- 20 MB Crunch Up Twists

 

I recommend 2 sets of this series with a 1-2min water break between the sets. Like always, be sure to stretch, hydrate, and refuel after your workout!

 

*MB = medicine ball 

**SB = stability ball
