Dynamic Warm Up

We all know that a proper warm up reduces your risk of injury and improves performance! For an easy run or light core day the Lunge Matrix warm-up is all you need. But for your more intense training session, complete the Lunge Matrix and follow it up with this series of drills. This routine is designed to gradually increase your heart rate, dynamically stretch your muscles, and prepare your body to perform! Then go dominate your workout ;)
