Lunge Matrix Warm-Up

 Prepare your body to run with this super quick and effective warm-up! This lunge matrix activates the small muscles in your hips and glutes; this is especially important if you go for a run after working a desk job or sitting in school all day! Glutes that are "asleep" lead to poor running form, decreased speed, and increased risk of injury. I recommend this for a speedy warm up before regualr distance runs or as a preliminary warm-up before your usual jog, drills, strides routine that precedes more intense sessions and races.
