(Airport) Terminal Velocity :)

First of all, I apologize for the awful video quality. This was obviously an impromptu workout recording...just working with what I had. But anyway, I filmed this last week in the Raleigh airport after my flight was cancelled. After working out how to get home, I chose to use up some of the spare time with a workout! Here's a little routine I put together that you can do the next time you're stuck in the airport terminal. And don't be embarrassed, you'll never see these people again ;)

 

Terminal Velocity 

(with recommended reps)

- 15 Suitcase Row to Press

- 15 Suitcase Row

- 30 Walking Lunge

- 30 Plank Side Crunches

- 30 Chops w/ Backpack

- 15 (each leg) Chair Step-Up

- 15 Overhead Suitcase Press

- 20 Star Jumps

- 15 Tricep Dips

- 15 Burpees 

*complete 2-5 sets depending on your fitness level and available time
