Bored with basic planks? Need a new core challenge? Here's a routine I put together that will take your plank power to the next level. Enjoy :)

 

- plank up-downs

- side plank up-down-switch

- supine plank swing

- plank jack-tuck

- push-up to back hyper

- dolphin hops

- push-up to side plank with leg lifts

- knee-in slides

- plank kicks

- single leg vinyasa
