Well by Nature Retreats are designed to remove you from your day to day routine and immerse you in nature, yoga, community, and mindful reflection to leave you restored to your true nature. The theme of this Fall's retreat is "Leaves of Change." We'll have guided meditations, journaling prompts, and discussion centered around creating new habits, releasing what holds you back, and re-empowering yourself to commit to your goals and live out your values. This retreat will be held at the White Clay Creek State Park campsite, Friday October 18th to Sunday October 20th.
